Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund policy defines the situations under which Prime Valley 365 will provide a refund and the procedure for claiming a refund. By registering for any of our services mentioned on the website, you are accepting all terms & conditions outlined in this refund policy.

You are entitled to get a 100% refund of the payment that you made (if any) if

  • You are not happy with the initial Mockup or Marketing plan or are not satisfied with the discussion in our initial meeting.
  • We are unable to start the project, or we are occupied with other projects.
  • You want to cancel the project within 7 days of making payment. The refund amount will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 30 days of cancellation.

 

We do not consider refunds for work already completed or in process.

  • In the event of a project terminated on a mutual basis, all deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
  • No cancellations or refunds can be claimed for services that our marketing team has offered during special offers.
  • Social media management, SEO, website designing, and digital marketing packages are non-refundable. You should cancel the package at least 15 days before the renewal.
  • We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 7 days.

 

Prime Valley 365, without prior notice under its sole discretion, may amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically.
